There is a group of dirt bike riders in Baltimore with some of the greatest driving skills. They are called the 12 o’clock boys and for all of them riding their dirt bikes is a sense of escape. The 12 o’clock boys are a renegade dirt bike group, in Baltimore it’s illegal to ride dirt bikes in the streets. But as they say when you’re riding you forget everything else and get the biggest rush ever.
